PZOS (PlayZone OS) is made by Fabrise Martech Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Fabrise”, “we”). This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act).
Two different situations
- You visit pzos.app or contact us. We decide what happens to that data, so we are its data fiduciary.
- A play venue uses PZOS. The venue records its own families, staff and bills. The venue is the data fiduciary for that data, and we process it only on the venue’s instructions, under our agreement with them. If you are a parent, please contact the venue first; we will help them answer you.
What we collect when you visit or contact us
- What you send us: your name, phone number, email, your venue’s name and city, and your message.
- Visit counts without cookies: which pages are read, from which country and device type. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking across websites.
- Technical logs kept briefly for security, such as an IP address when a page is requested.
What PZOS holds for a venue
- Families: a parent’s name and mobile number, children’s names and, where given, date of birth, gender, allergies and notes; visits, bills, passes, bookings and the consents the parent gave.
- Staff: names, roles and PINs (stored only as secure hashes) and what each person did, for the venue’s audit log.
- The business: GSTINs, prices, stock, cash entries and reports.
Data is stored in India (Mumbai), encrypted, and each business is walled off from every other. Fabrise staff open a venue’s data only to support that venue, when the venue asks.
Why we use it
- To answer you, show you PZOS and set up your account.
- To run the service for venues: billing, records, messages they choose to send, and support.
- To keep PZOS secure and working, and to meet our legal and tax duties.
We never sell personal data and never use a venue’s family data for our own marketing.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run PZOS, under contracts that protect the data: hosting and database (Supabase, Mumbai region), network and website delivery (Cloudflare), error reports with personal data removed (Sentry), and, only where a venue turns them on, WhatsApp messages (Gupshup) and online payments (Razorpay). We also share data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to two years after our last conversation, unless you become a customer.
- Venue data: for as long as the venue uses PZOS, then for 30 days so it can be downloaded, then deleted, except bills and tax records, which are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask to see your personal data, correct it, have it erased, withdraw a consent you gave, and nominate someone to act for you. Parents can also download their family’s data or ask for it to be deleted from the venue’s family page in PZOS. Write to us at wecare@pzos.app and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and isn’t aimed at children. Children’s details in PZOS are entered by the venue or by a parent, with the parent’s consent.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new date, and tell venues directly about important ones.
