These terms apply to PZOS (PlayZone OS), provided by Fabrise Martech Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Fabrise”, “we”) to the business that subscribes (“you”, the venue). Your order form or proposal may add details, such as the plan, branches and price; if it differs from these terms, the order form wins.
The service
PZOS is software you use in a web browser and on phones and TVs to run a play venue: check-in, floor timers, billing, the café counter, bookings, cash and reports. We keep improving it, and we will not remove a feature you pay for without telling you in advance.
Your account and your people
- You choose who uses PZOS at your venue, and you are responsible for what they do in it.
- Keep device passwords and staff PINs private, and remove people who leave.
- Turn on two-step sign-in where PZOS offers it.
Fees and payment
- Plans are charged per branch, monthly or yearly in advance, plus GST.
- Set-up and training are charged once, as quoted.
- If an invoice stays unpaid 15 days after a reminder, we may pause the account. Your data stays safe and comes back when it is paid.
- We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your data
The data you put into PZOS belongs to you. You can download it at any time. We handle it as our privacy policy describes, only to provide PZOS to you. You are responsible for having your families’ consent for what you record and send.
Taxes and your settings
PZOS works out GST from the rates, codes and GSTINs you set up. Please have your accountant check them; we don’t give tax or legal advice.
Fair use
Don’t use PZOS to break the law, to send messages people didn’t agree to, or to try to reach other businesses’ data. Don’t copy, resell or take apart the software.
Availability and support
We work to keep PZOS available every day of the year, and we plan maintenance outside venue hours whenever we can. If PZOS is unavailable, keep a paper bill book at the desk as a fallback. Support is by WhatsApp, phone and email on working days, and for urgent problems at any time a venue is open.
Responsibility
We provide PZOS with care, but we can’t promise it will never have a fault. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months, and neither of us is liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. We can end the service with 30 days’ notice, or at once if these terms are seriously broken. Either way, you can download your data for 30 days after the end.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction. We will always try to settle a problem by talking first.
